Aqir Invasions are the hourly outdoor event of Patch 12.1.5. Look for the purple insect icon on your world map to find the invaded zone and the active objective. One objective runs at a time, and a new one starts elsewhere in the zone the moment you finish it. The six objectives are Disrupt Aqir, Aid Defenders!, Aqir Nesting Grounds, Whack the Aqir, Aerial Assault and Reinforce Defenses
When the 10 minutes end, the Aqir Monstrosity spawns somewhere in the zone and stays for 5 minutes. Kill it in time to complete the event and claim the biggest reward
Aqir Invasion affixes
Each combat objective rolls 2 of these eight affixes

| Swarms! | Enemies become swarms of smaller aqir |
| Aqir Elites | Enemies become fewer but stronger aqir |
| Void Infestation | Infested aqir explode in combat and spread the infection |
| Web Weavers | An Aqir Webweaver may spawn and web a player unless interrupted |
