The Ula'tek kill on Heroic plus Ahead of the Curve: Ula'tek and a roll on her loot. It's the final-boss service, not the full raid, so if you want the earlier bosses too, the full Heroic clear covers all eight.

Ahead of the Curve. The Normal kill gives the encounter and loot, but only Heroic awards AOTC, the standard mark of a current-tier clear, and it only counts while this tier is active. That's the whole reason to take the kill on Heroic.
