Terms of Service: Accounts

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. KingBoost acts as an intermediary (aggregator), providing the infrastructure for transactions between sellers and buyers of game accounts.

1.2. The seller guarantees that the account offered for sale has been obtained legally, is not hacked, stolen, or obtained through fraudulent schemes.

1.3. Selling accounts on KingBoost is at the seller's own risk: the platform is not responsible for possible sanctions from game developers if the account sale violates the End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. REQUIREMENTS FOR LISTED ACCOUNTS

2.1. The account must be active, not banned, and not restricted in functionality (e.g., banned for cheating, unable to play online).

2.2. The account description must fully correspond to its actual state. Using false or misleading characteristics (e.g., listing non-existent items or levels) is prohibited.

2.3. The price must be realistic. Artificially inflating or deflating the price to manipulate ratings is prohibited.

3. COMMUNICATION AND TRANSACTION RULES

3.1. All communication regarding the transaction must take place exclusively within the KingBoost internal chat.

    *   Moving to third-party messengers (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Skype, etc.) to discuss details or transfer data is prohibited and will void the seller's platform protection.

3.2. Payment must be made only through KingBoost's payment tools. Any attempt to transfer funds directly (to a bank card, e-wallet) bypassing the platform will be considered fraud and result in immediate account blocking.

3.3. After the buyer pays for the order, the seller is obliged to transfer the account within the specified timeframe (usually within a few hours, but no more than 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed) according to the rules in Section 4.

4. ACCOUNT TRANSFER PROCESS

4.1. The seller must provide full access to the account: login, password, as well as recovery information (linked email, security questions answers, backup codes, etc.).

4.2. Changing Registration Data:

    *   The linked email address must be changed to the buyer's email.

    *   If a phone number or social media pages are linked to the account, they must be completely unlinked before transfer.

    *   If the game platform allows, the seller should transfer the ability to change the password and recover the account to the buyer (e.g., transfer ownership rights).

4.3. It is recommended to take screenshots or a video recording of the transfer process (especially changing the email) and upload them to the order chat. This will serve as evidence in case of a dispute.

4.4. After the transfer is complete, the seller must not retain login data or attempt to recover access. Any attempt to reclaim the account after the sale is considered fraud.

5. SELLER'S WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS

5.1. The seller provides a warranty on the sold account for a period of at least 14 days from the moment the buyer confirms receipt.

5.2. During the warranty period, the seller is obliged to:

    *   assist the buyer in recovering access if it is lost for reasons beyond the buyer's control (e.g., account hacking, platform failure);

    *   provide additional data or proof of ownership if requested by the game's support service.

5.3. If the account is banned due to the seller's fault (e.g., due to previous violations of the game rules that the seller concealed), the seller must refund the full cost of the order to the buyer.

6. RESPONSIBILITY AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS

6.1. For violation of communication rules (conducting negotiations outside the chat, sharing contacts) – a warning or blocking of the seller's account with a freeze on the balance for up to 3 months.

6.2. For attempting to bypass payments (offering to transfer money directly) – immediate blocking of all seller's accounts without the right to restore and confiscation of funds held in the KingBoost balance.

6.3. For fraud (selling a non-working account, recovering access after the sale, deceiving the buyer) – blocking, referral of data to law enforcement agencies (if necessary), and disclosure of information to other sellers and buyers for warning purposes.

6.4. In case of repeated complaints against the seller or a large number of dissatisfied buyers, KingBoost has the right to deprive the seller of the ability to use automatic transaction protection and take other measures up to and including blocking.

7. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR POPULAR GAMES

In addition to the general rules, the seller must comply with specific conditions if they are established for a particular game. Examples (valid at the time of publication):

Game Specific Requirements
League of Legends (LoL) Full transfer of the Riot account with email change; the Riot ID must not be subject to immediate change after transfer.
PUBG Mobile The account must be linked to no more than one social network; other links must be removed. A "buffer" period of 7 days after the seller's last login is required.
Call of Duty (COD) It is recommended to keep the link only to the Blizzard account; inform the buyer about the possibility of changing the link once every 12 months.
Genshin Impact Full access transfer to the HoYoverse account with the ability to change email and password.

8. RISKS THE SELLER MUST BE AWARE OF

8.1. EULA Violation: Selling game accounts is almost always prohibited by the game's license agreement. The developer has the right to block the account at any time without compensation. KingBoost is not responsible for such blocks.

8.2. Tax Obligations: With systematic account sales, the activity may be considered entrepreneurial. The seller is responsible for paying taxes independently in accordance with the laws of their country.

8.3. Legislative Changes and Local Laws: Sellers are solely responsible for being aware of and complying with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction regarding the sale of digital goods and game accounts. In some countries, the transfer of digital credentials or the commercial sale of in-game assets may be subject to specific legal restrictions, classification as entrepreneurial activity, or tax obligations. KingBoost bears no responsibility for any legal consequences that may arise from a seller's activities under the laws of their respective country.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. KingBoost reserves the right to change these rules without prior notice. The current version is always available in the relevant section of the website.

9.2. By continuing to use the platform to sell accounts, the seller confirms their agreement with the current version of the rules.
