Tier 8 Delves drop 246 and 250 ilvl gear throughout the runs with a 259 ilvl piece from the final chest. Nightmare Prey adds 259 ilvl drops. The exact distribution depends on RNG but the listed breakdown is the expected average across the full set of runs.
