It is a Druid exclusive ability that lets you fly at 280% speed and shift into flight instantly without the standard three second mounting delay. It becomes available in Phase 2 of TBC Anniversary and requires completing a dedicated quest chain that no other class has access to.

The chain starts in Moonglade with Morthis Whisperwing and takes you through multiple zones collecting materials and completing objectives before culminating in a fight against Anzu the Raven God inside Heroic Sethekk Halls. You need at least Honored reputation with the Lower City faction to enter Heroic Sethekk Halls.

You receive the Charm of Swift Flight trinket which boosts your flight speed further, the Idol of the Raven Goddess which is BiS for Feral Druids and the Essence-Infused Moonstone. The moonstone is added permanently to your keyring and allows you to summon Anzu every week in Heroic Sethekk Halls for a chance at the Reins of the Raven Lord mount.

Yes. Artisan Riding at 300 skill is required to begin the quest chain. If you do not have it yet you will need to purchase it in game for 5000 gold before the service can start.
