The Trial of the Sekhemas opens in Act 2 and runs on Honour, where damage carries between rooms and losing all of it ends the run. The Trial of Chaos starts in Act 3 and stacks negative modifiers room by room before the Trialmaster at the end. You can mix them freely, since either grants the same points.

It got the largest rework of any endgame system in the patch. The room cap went from 10 to 30, you can now leave between rooms and return later rather than committing to one long sitting, most rooms focus on killing rather than escort objectives, and the rewards were rebuilt around Currency and Soul Cores with new Wager modifiers to push for more.

Eight for a fully ascended character, awarded two at a time across four tiers. Points one and two come from Act 2, three and four from Act 3, and the last four from endgame keys at Level 60 and Level 75.
