Yes. You pick the Death Knight tier you want, from the classic raids through the current tier, and you set the difficulty to Normal or Heroic before the farm starts.

For the older tiers, more or less, since a Death Knight can solo them and the grind is the drop rates. The recent and current raids are still group content, so for those we clear the raid at the difficulty you choose. The wall there is the clear, not the RNG.

A max level Death Knight on your account. If you do not have one yet, it can be leveled first so the farm has a character to run on.
