It stops you being the easiest target in every lobby. The Venomous Aspirant set scales up inside Arenas and Battlegrounds, so an entry set performs far better in PvP than its item level suggests outside of it. It is also the prerequisite for the Conquest track.

Depends how much of the set you need. Work out which slots are still empty, price them at the vendor and order to that. If you want the full set plus upgrades, order for the whole thing at once rather than coming back in pieces.
