Mecha-Done is the Mechagon meta-achievement introduced in Patch 8.2 Rise of Azshara that requires completing a series of tasks across the zone. Finishing it grants the Keys to the Model W and the Mechacycle Model W ground mount.

The time varies significantly since several requirements are RNG-dependent. One player reported roughly a month and a week of daily Mechagon visits to complete everything, though it can take more or less time.
