You need to click all 5 Ephemeral Crystals in Azsuna before anyone else on your realm. Clicking the first one starts an 8-hour timer. Dying or leaving the zone resets your progress and you must click the crystals again.

Only the first player to click all five crystals receives the mount. Once someone claims it all five crystals despawn for that cycle. This is why competitive camping and fast routing are essential to securing it.

The crystals respawn approximately 12 hours after the last mount was found or 12 hours after server resets.
