You can only pick one with the voucher, but the other three become available for purchase from Timewalking vendors for Timewarped Badges after the event ends .

Yes. The Bronze Gravewing Harness teaches an account-wide mount. Once you learn it, every character on your account can use it. Requires Apprentice Riding and level 1 to 90 .
