Three Mythic-exclusive rewards from one kill: Cutting Edge: Ula'tek, the Primeval Skyfriend mount that only drops here, and the top-tier loot. None of them are available on Heroic or Normal, and the mount in particular won't drop reliably once the tier ends.

The Primeval Skyfriend drops from Mythic Ula'tek. Like other Mythic raid mounts it drops at a high rate while the tier is current, so a kill now is the reliable way to secure it before the drop chance falls off in future tiers. Support confirms the current drop setup when you order.

Reaching Ula'tek means the raid has to be progressed to her, and getting to the final encounter is handled as part of the service. If you want the earlier bosses and their loot too, the full Mythic clear covers all eight with guaranteed items scaling by boss count.
