You press R1 and R2 to perform Turning Slash then follow with the fire elemental imbue via L2 and R2. The pattern stops bosses from attacking and stacks fire damage, Volcanic Eruption explosions and Wound of Darkness simultaneously.

The dual wield path uses the Sword of the Lord and Tauria Curved Sword for faster combo speed and parry access. The Darkbringer greatsword path trades that for heavier hits and a 35% Turning Slash damage bonus from the Leather Helm of the Fallen Kingdom when combined with the full build setup.

Darkbringer is found in the White Wastes Sanctuary in northern Pailune, lodged inside the jaw of a giant partially unearthed skeleton. No boss fight is required to collect it.
