The Nurse's Kneepads drop from endgame activities including the new PvE Dark Zone mode introduced in Year 8 Season 2, Countdown and high-level Summit floors. They may also drop from Exotic caches and targeted loot areas when Kneepads are the targeted slot.

The Nurse's Kneepads are available to all players who own The Division 2 base game and the Warlords of New York expansion. You do not need the Season Pass to obtain them, though the Season Pass may give you additional opportunities to earn Exotic caches.
