Yes. Crafting a specific Mythic Unique at the Jeweler requires two Resplendent Sparks in addition to the rune bundle. If you already have two Sparks in your inventory, you do not need the add-on. If you do not, select the add-on and we will farm them for you.

The most efficient method is Kurast Undercity with a Tribute of Harmony, which guarantees 5-10 runes per run at Attunement Rank 1. Tormented Bosses like Duriel and Andariel on Torment IV drop 1-2 runes per kill. The Pit of Artificers and Nightmare Dungeons also drop runes at lower rates. But chasing specific Legendary runes like Qax or Lith for your Mythic can take dozens of hours. Our bundle removes the RNG completely.

The bundle covers one Mythic craft. If you want to craft multiple items, place separate orders or contact us for a custom multi-craft package. Each Mythic requires its own set of 18 runes and two Resplendent Sparks.
