Tier 8 if gear is the goal. It maxes out the Bountiful Coffer, the map reward and the Great Vault Delve slot all at once, and Tiers 9 through 11 do not raise any of them. Go higher for better Mistcrests, Delver's Journey progress and achievements instead.
