For PvP, send arena, RBG or Solo Shuffle recordings (3-5 games is usually enough material for a 1-hour session). For PvE, send raid pulls with Warcraft Logs links plus a screen recording, or Mythic+ run footage. If you do not have recordings yet, the coach can walk you through OBS or Shadowplay setup at the start of the session so future reviews are easier to capture.

Depends on the scope. 1-2 hours covers a focused VOD review of one specific issue (a fight you keep wiping on, a comp you keep losing to). 3-5 hours covers a deeper review across multiple sessions plus follow-up calls after you have applied changes. 8+ hours covers ongoing coaching across a season or major raid tier, with periodic check-ins as content progresses.

Hero Players are high-end veterans who coach competitively without being in active tournament rotation: high-rated PvP players, 99th percentile parsers, KSH-tier M+ runners. Tournament Players are currently competing in AWC, MDI or equivalent regional tournaments and bring meta-level preparation to the review. Top 10 Raiders are world-first race veterans coaching CE-track Mythic guilds and bring the tightest standard of execution review available. For most players Hero tier is enough. Tournament and Top 10 tiers are for players already at the top of the curve who need feedback from someone playing at an even higher level.

Yes. The coach delivers a written summary at the end of the booked time, including timestamped notes from your footage, specific changes to apply before your next session and any addon or macro recommendations identified during the review. Notes are sent in the order chat so you can refer back to them while practicing.
