The mount comes from the Sporespawned Cache in Fungara Village, Harandar. To spawn it you need to click the Fungal Mallet leaning against a door at 41.3, 68.0 to gain a 5-minute buff, then use that buff to ring the Mycelium Gong at 46.6, 67.8 on the east side of the village. The cache appears right next to the gong and the mount is a guaranteed reward.
