Yes, and this matters. Tier 5 appearances only unlock to your collection when a character of the matching class and armor type loots them. You'll need a level 90 character of the class whose set you want. If you don't have one, message support before ordering and we'll sort out a leveling add-on so the appearance actually lands in your wardrobe.

Yes. Once a piece is collected on the right character, the appearance is permanently saved to your account wardrobe and usable on any eligible character forever. The transmog stays even if you later sell or delete the gear itself.
