Both mounts have similar drop rates (~1%) and come from the same raid. The raptor drops from Bloodlord Mandokir while the tiger drops from High Priest Thekal. Both are equally rare and prestigious - it comes down to which aesthetic you prefer.

When Zul'Gurub was converted from a 20-player raid to a 5-player dungeon in Cataclysm, the Swift Razzashi Raptor was replaced with the Armored Razzashi Raptor. The original now only appears on the Black Market Auction House.
