The 1-item effect grants 1% increased status effect damage per 1 Ultimate held, capping at 170% at 170 Ultimate. Above that threshold, your Light and Heavy Attacks apply a random status effect every 4 seconds. The downside is Minor Timidity, which drains 1 Ultimate every 1.5 seconds in combat, so the ring works best on builds that generate Ultimate fast enough to sustain the 170+ threshold consistently.

Five separate Master-difficulty Leads have to drop, each from its own specific source. Calamitous Roksa in the Night Market is one of them. The others span overland zones, dungeon bosses and chest pools with no concentrated farming spot. Master Leads are RNG drops, so the time to complete varies wildly. Plus you need Scrying level 7 with Antiquarian Insight IV unlocked before any of this is possible.

160 CP is the minimum to have your Scrying skill at usable level and to unlock the Champion Points needed for the booster to play efficiently on your account. ESO Plus is required because the Antiquities system is part of the Greymoor DLC, and ESO Plus gives access to all DLC content.
