It is a Mythic+ achievement that permanently protects your keystone from degrading below a set level for the rest of the season. You earn it by completing all eight Mythic+ dungeons in time at key level 12 or higher. Once it is done your key floor is locked for the entire season regardless of how future runs go.

Both give you the Resilient Keystone achievement and the same key floor protection. The difference is which level the floor is set at. M+12 locks your key at +12 and M+13 locks it at +13. If you are actively pushing keys and do not want to ever fall below +13 the higher option is worth it.

You have a chance at 311 item level gear from each dungeon run. Personal Loot is available as an add-on and loot traders can be added to your group to increase the number of items that come your way during the runs.

Loot traders are extra players in your group who share the same armor type as your character and trade any eligible drops to you. If you are a Warrior and add two loot traders you are effectively rolling on three characters worth of Plate drops per run instead of one.
