The Operation added to Sector 3 in Update 2.4. Unlike Windhund, Dravec and Black Rock it has no prerequisites, so you can begin it right away regardless of your campaign progress. The reward is the Fossa VM 68.
The Fossa VM 68, the first German wheeled medium tank in World of Tanks. It is Tier X with 400 alpha damage and 270mm standard penetration, which puts it in normal Tier X medium territory without forcing premium ammunition against armoured targets.
Yes, for the original three. Dravec requires Windhund in your hangar and Black Rock requires both. Fossa is the exception and ignores that chain entirely.
Four now. Windhund is a Tier VIII German tank destroyer, Vz. 60S Dravec is a Tier X Czechoslovakian heavy, Black Rock is a Tier XI heavy, and Fossa VM 68 is the Tier X German wheeled medium. Each has its own Honors 3D style.
