That depends on your chosen key level. End-of-dungeon chest drops range from 250 to 266 ilvl. Your Great Vault reward at weekly reset scales from 259 to 272 ilvl based on the highest key you completed.

Champion Dawncrest from +2 and +3 keys, Hero Dawncrest from +4 through +8, and Myth Dawncrest from +9 and above. These are used to upgrade your gear through the Midnight upgrade system.

The dungeon is farmed until your selected item drops. RNG determines how many runs that takes but we keep going until you have it.
