You need to solve at least 17 of WoW's hidden secrets then find Anakron in the secret phase of the Seat of Knowledge, accessed through the Pearl of the Abyss in Vashj'ir's fatigue waters. Once you meet the criteria Anakron grants you the Mind-Seeker Feat of Strength and the title.
