It is a PvP title earned by completing a set of specific combat challenges across live runs on Tau Ceti IV. Each challenge has exact kill conditions and most require you to extract successfully to count. It is one of the harder titles in the game because everything has to happen in real matches against real players.

The full set covers Trinary Star, Live Hidden, Deimos and Phobos, God Will Sort the Dead, Hammer and Anvil, At the Foot of Olympus and Rook to TCIV Checkmate. You can select specific ones during checkout or order the full title at once.

Because every objective requires a specific outcome in a live run and failing to extract resets your progress for that attempt. God Will Sort the Dead alone requires 9 Runner kills in a single run followed by a successful extraction, which is a lot to ask in a lobby where everyone else is also trying to survive. Most players waste multiple runs just getting the conditions to line up.
