Kazeros Raids are much bigger and feel like a real war. Instead of just fighting a boss on a small map. You fight Mordum on a huge one with many things happening at once. It's the newest and most exciting type of battle in the Lost Ark game right now.
The main reason to do it is the rewards. Kazeros Raids are the only place where you can get the best Tier 4 materials. If you want the strongest character in 2026, you have to clear this raid to move past your old gear.
Normal mode (1660+) is the best way to start. It's easier to finish and you still get the materials needed to upgrade to Tier 4. Choose this one if you want a fast weekly clear and your gold without a stress.
Hard mode (1680+) is for a top player. You get much more loot and rare materials to make your gear even stronger. If your level is high enough, Hard mode is better because it saves you a lot of time eventually.
Yes, you can enter if your item level is 1660 or higher. But remember, this is a Kazeros Raid, so the boss is strong and has a lot of health. Even with a good one gear, the fight can be difficult because the mechanics are brand new and very punishing.
