It depends on your current item level and goals.

Normal mode (1670+) provides standard Tier 4 materials and gold. It is the best choice for steady weekly progression and gear upgrades without extreme requirements.

Hard mode (1690+) is for players who want the best possible loot. You will get much more gold, premium Ancient gear, and rare resources.

Gate 1 focuses on the battle against Narok. It is the first step of the raid and provides initial resources and accessories. You must complete this to progress if you only need loot from the first one boss.

Gate 2 is the final fight against Brelshaza. It is more difficult and offers the most valuable rewards of the raid. You can choose this gate if you have already cleared Gate 1 or specifically need the high-end materials from the final boss.

The Karma system is a new way to power up your character in Tier 4. By defeating Narok and Brelshaza, you earn special Karma points and materials. These allow you to unlock unique passive skills and huge stat bonuses that you cannot get from regular gear.
