No, and this is the part people get wrong. Fafnir is a Season Track reward at rank 69. Targeted loot in Countdown and Summit will not drop it, even after the blueprint is unlocked, so pass progression is the only route.

One per account. Season pass progression is shared across all your characters, so the reward is claimed once and cannot be repeated on an alt.

Prioritise Status Effect over raw Weapon Damage, since the talent converts one into the other at 50%. Burn application also runs into diminishing returns on a target you have already lit up, so rotating between enemies beats emptying the magazine into one elite
