Yes. Echo of Mephisto only spawns at Torment X or higher, so your character needs T10 unlocked before the bundle can run. Reaching Torment X requires completing Pit Tier 80 and improving 3 Paragon Glyphs to Rank 50. If your account is not there yet, we offer Torment unlocks as a separate boost that can run before the bundle.
