SHOULD I ORDER PIECES OR THE FULL SET?

Two pieces gives you a set's first bonus. Four gives you both and still leaves your Exotic slot open. If you want two different 2-piece bonuses running together, order across two sets and support will line it up.

WHY TIER 5 OVER TIER 4?

The tuning slot. Tier 4 gives you the stats it rolled and that is final. Tier 5 lets you move points around, which is how builds actually reach the numbers they are aiming at.

IS THERE ANY POINT NOW THAT THE PATCHES HAVE STOPPED?
