IS THIS WEAPON ACTUALLY GOOD FOR PVP?

Yes for aggressive close-range play on smaller maps. It has no damage perk but the 600ms time-to-kill is competitive without one. Stay out of long lanes.

Flawless execution on my recent Mythic runs—highly recommended!
