It scales with the bracket. Three Brawlers at Power 9 covers Bronze through Gold, Diamond needs nine at Power 9, and Mythic and above demand twelve at Power 11. That roster check is where most climbs actually stop, not the matches.

You drop six ranks from where you finished, or down to Silver I, whichever costs you less. Gold III and below reset to Silver I outright.
