After ordering, you place any rare item up in a trade window as the account safety measure (this is a PoE TOS requirement for trades, not a deposit, you get to keep the rare). Our trader meets you in your hideout, you both confirm the trade, the unique goes into your inventory. Average delivery time is 10-15 minutes after order confirmation.

Path of Exile's trade system flags one-sided trades where one player gives nothing in return. It is an account safety measure for both sides. Putting up any random rare item satisfies the trade window requirement and protects both accounts from being flagged. The rare goes back into your inventory after the trade completes.

Ignore them. Standard PoE scam pattern: a scammer copies our trader's nickname (or a close variant) and whispers customers offering "discounts" or asking for the item back after delivery. We will never write you in game chat, never ask for the unique back, never offer you anything outside the order page. If anyone in-game claims to be us, screenshot it and report it to support.

Yes by default. All uniques are delivered as standard non-corrupted versions unless you specifically request a corrupted, anointed or otherwise modified version in the order chat. Some chase uniques like Mageblood and Headhunter are almost never used corrupted, so the default is the version 99% of buyers actually want.
