Story, Challenge and Nightmare, or all three together. Higher difficulties pay out better rewards, and Challenge only unlocks after Story is fully cleared, with Nightmare after Challenge. Worth knowing: once you move up a difficulty you cannot go back down, so ordering the tier you actually want matters.

Buying everything in the Button Shop costs 163,640 Mysterious Buttons, earned in pieces from chests, side quests, guide objectives, special challenges and killing normal, elite and boss enemies across all five Warren areas.
