Windrunner Spire is not designed as a pure speedrun dungeon and usually follows a controlled, methodical pace. It is a vertical dungeon and it is incredibly fast if you have a team that knows a way out. You spend most of the time climbing the spire and fighting on a balconies. There isn't that much trash, but you have to be careful with a Gale Force winds - they can push you off the edges!
