Depends on drop luck and your loot option. Most orders complete in 2-5 weekly resets. Higher loot options put more items on the table per boss which can shorten the process.

All three Midnight Season 1 raids. Voidspire (6 bosses), Dreamrift (1 boss) and March on Quel'Danas (2 bosses). Nine bosses total across all three instances every week until you're geared.

Tier tokens are split across all three instances. Voidspire covers Head, Shoulders, Hands and Legs. Dreamrift is the only source for the Chest token. March on Quel'Danas drops the Curio omni-token that converts into any tier slot. Without all three you can't complete your set from raids alone.

Normal is 246-256 ilvl and gets you solid raid gear fast. Heroic is 259-269 ilvl and represents some of the best gear available this season. If you plan to push Mythic+ or harder content, Heroic is the stronger investment.
