Whirlwind Barbarians without Gohr's are basically running the build on hard mode. The gloves are what turn the spin from "decent clear speed" into the version of Whirlwind that actually melts Torment packs. The current effect adds 75-90% increased Whirlwind damage and pulls enemies to you every 2 seconds, so instead of chasing mobs you spin in place and they come to you. It is one of the most defining uniques in the entire Barbarian roster and most builds either run it or feel its absence.

Gohr's only falls from Torment tier content, with the best target farms being Lord Zir and Echo of Varshan, plus general Helltide and Nightmare Dungeon RNG. A clean drop in 30 minutes happens. So does 12 hours of bossing with nothing usable. Once you start chasing Greater Affix rolls on top of just getting the item, the math gets worse fast. A 4 GA pair is the kind of drop you tell stories about.
