The beta launched on September 17 with a level 20 cap. Blizzard says it rises to level 30 after a couple of weeks and stays there until the beta ends. KingBoost's 1-30 leveling and Level 30 gear become available once that increase goes live.

No. Beta characters don't transfer, and everyone starts at level 1 when WoW Forever launches on November 4. The bundle is about getting the most out of the beta itself, not a head start on launch.

The Skyborne Epic Pack and the Warcraft Forever Collection both include guaranteed beta access. Blizzard also runs a free opt-in on the Forever page, but invites from it are chance-based. You need beta access on your account before a KingBoost order can start.

KingBoost levels any two of Herbalism, Mining, Skinning, Blacksmithing, Leatherworking, Alchemy, Tailoring, Enchanting and Engineering up to 150. Fishing, Cooking and First Aid can be added as secondary professions.
