There's no fixed rating. Umbral Champion goes to the top 1% of your region at season end, and that line rises throughout the season. The team tracks the regional ladder and pushes your score to stay comfortably above the projected cutoff into the final reset, rather than hitting a number and stopping.

Every Season 1 Keystone milestone: the full achievement set, the Calamitous Carrion and Convalescent Carrion mounts, the Timelost Saddle (which trades for any past Keystone Master or Legend mount you're missing), the high Great Vault reward tier and all eight dungeon teleports. It's the complete top-end M+ package, not just the title.

The Umbral Champion title is a seasonal Feat of Strength, permanent once earned and impossible to get after Season 1 ends. The Umbral Ashes mount is region-exclusive and retires with the season, it does not return to the Timelost Saddle pool later. Once Season 1 closes, all of it is gone for good.
