Skyreach is a dungeon originally from Warlords of Draenor, returning in Midnight Season 1 as part of the Heroic and Mythic+ rotation. It features four bosses: Ranjit, Araknath, Rukhran and High Sage Viryx.

Heroic dungeons drop Veteran-track gear (ilvl 230) and Veteran Dawncrests. Mythic 0 drops Champion-track gear (ilvl 243) and Champion Dawncrests. Mythic 0 also has harder mechanics and no matchmaking — you need a premade group.

Yes. Skyreach is one of eight dungeons in the Midnight Season 1 Mythic+ rotation alongside Magister's Terrace, Maisara Caverns, Nexus-Point Xenas, Windrunner Spire, Algeth'ar Academy, Seat of the Triumvirate and Pit of Saron.
